My parents are here :)

Our first supper together since 9 months....

And a beer and a good chat in the garden of our bed & breakfast place in downtown Montreal

Going up on the Mont-Royal again, taking the view in and letting my mind free

A big hello to everybody from the top of the city

"A walk in the park" is always fun

Being on the other side of the park, having a relaxed conversation and realizing where we actually are

A good lunch in the Bagel-Town #2 of the world (after NYC)...it was so good with cream cheese and salmon, ouih

And in the afternoon having an ice-cream, fruit smoothie in a little green oase

One more day in Montreal...

The Olympic Stadium of 1976

The Botanical Garden

And both of them together...

A short stop at the Bell-Center, Home of the Montreal Canadiens

Visiting Eric, a friend of Samuel

And again I found a cuddly cat

The house of the Arsenault-Family, MERCI for the 3 days

On the way to the airport to meet my parents...

Bienvenue à Montreal

First night in Quebec, Samuel and me went out for a beer, after my 11 hours bus-ride
First day in Montreal, planning my day in the city and having the first break
Underground City (30 km long, Hotels, Shops,...)
In the Quartier de Spectacles were swings set up, everytime you swing back and forth a piano sound comes out of the speakers, when you swing with 3 people, a classic song is played
So I ended up swinging with 2 random people, playing the song in on of those boxes and letting our mind free
Quartier de Latin, known for all the little bars and restaurants
A must in Montreal: POUTINE!
On Mont Royal, a beautiful overview over downtown and the St-Lorenz
La Croix de Mont Royal, a history place
Making friends with the birds "I am sorry little guy, there is no food in my hand"

CHEERS ;)

Goodbye Hamilton...

Evin and me, having a relaxed sunday morning, watching "Augsburger Puppenliste" before Yoga
The daily routine: Watching the weather and hoping for sun.
The last supper & a nice dessert: Red wine and vanilla ice-cream
A little get together in the living room, sharing stories, playing guitar and enjoying the company
Farmer Bill, always good for a laugh

Our amazing group of Wwoofer from all over the world (France, Germany, Japan, Canada)

The last week at Simpler Thyme Farm, Hamilton, Ontario

One of the greenhouses, the lettuce is growing and growing

The end of the property, the trailer that I lived in and the house of our farmer Bill

One of the friends I met on the farm, our donkey

Overview over the land

A lazy day for the goat.

And a lazy day for Bene ;) After I fell asleep the sun gave me my first sunburn of the year...

Some work impressions, feeding the ducks and rabbits.

And stealing the chicken eggs

And here is the hot-house, where everything starts growing.

Here I am making the chicken happy with fresh food, hmmmm....

Weeding in the fields, enjoying the sun

Romain and me building a new greenhouse

Taking care of the asparagus and burning in the sun. After last week we all had red skin and sunburns.

Enjoying the warm end of the days, after our working hours

And having a nice sunday-night barbecue with a fresh beer in the garden

Playing hockey, of course, I am in Canada ;)

Warm enough to jump in the pool, after I had a snack (yogurt with fruits) and before I had a cold beer in the cold pool.

A beautiful sunset showed us, it was time for a fire again.

Making smores, a real canadian thing (crackers, marshmallows and chocolate)!

Playing the traditional board-game in this house, THE TRAIN GAME

A whole game session, two board games, where ALL the people were playing at once.

Another amazing night on the farm, it is soooo beautiful!!

A big meeting with everybody around the fire

Our japanese guy was in charge of cooking, so we had really good japanese lunch and dinner

Ann (the boss here) and Charles, one of the farm-workers, beautiful people, so friendly and welcoming

The main house, where I live in the basement

I had a lot of fun, cutting the grass :)

Home-brewed beer from Iowa, USA...one of the wwoofer (Vanessa) brought it here.

Finally I managed it to write some postcards...who will get them? ;)
