Visiting a Canadian Heritage Village

On a beautiful sunday we went to a close-by Heritage Village to explore Canadian History in Ontario, about 200 years ago.

The houses are collected from all over Ontario and rebuilt in the Village.

Also there are some resting areas, and of course Romain and me needed to check the fire ;)

That sheep is obviously not interested in the fresh grass in my hand, but I finally caught it to cuddle with it!

And the Blacksmith was pretty busy, making tools for the women, who were working in the garden.

The Village-Pharmacy, still equipped with medicine and interesting information about old-fashioned healing methods (milk is in the top3 medicines!)

And the old train-station is still standing, also the train in the background was open to visit, a massive peace of metal.

And the next cute little guy, that had to play with me ;)

So far away from home...
